David Rukstalis has represented numerous clients in matters concerning Family Law, Criminal Defense and General Civil Litigation. His client list includes Presidents of Major United States Corporations, CEO's and CFO's, Professional Athletes, Business Owners, Families, Children, Husbands and Wives.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.B.A. and then attended Loyola Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor diploma in 1987.
He began his working career early, when he joined the United States Marine Corps, where he served six years in the Air Wing, including service aboard the Carrier U.S.S. Midway. He next worked in the aerospace industry, beginning as an electronics technician and climbing through the ranks to Program Manager and Contracts Manager. He transitioned from aerospace business to trial attorney in the early 1990's, after he left his position as Contracts Manager for British Petroleum (HITCO Advanced Materials Division), to work full time representing individual clients.
David Rukstalis personally supervises all legal matters handled through his office, provides his clients with his private cell phone number and is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

Rukstalis, Jr. is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all the courts of the State of California, as well as the Central District (includes Los Angeles), of the State of California, within the Ninth District of the United States Courts. He is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the Beverly Hillls Bar Association and the Wilshire Bar Association.
