The Law Offices of David L. Rukstalis, Jr., exists to serve, solely at the pleasure of our clients. Our hourly rate is below that charged by other attorneys with similar experience for the same services and our response time is quicker. Each client is given his/her attorney's private cell number for emergency 24/7 contact and availability, because we understand that we must be readily available to our clients as well as responsive to their individual needs.
Our offices are centrally located near Los Angeles Airport and, if necessary, we are available to meet at any location, in any state or country. We have represented clients in many states and countries.
